Eva Masdeo Oliver has been teaching in the Bay Area since 2010. Since 2020, she has been a proud Dublin High School educator, teaching Drama and AP Seminar, as well as coordinating the Freshman Mentoring Program! After earning her BA in English at Sonoma State University (2010) and her credential and MA in Education at UC Berkeley (2012), Eva has been proud to contribute to social-justice-oriented and transformative learning spaces. Working with the Bay Area Writing Project, the Drama Teacher Academy, and Lead by Learning has enriched her professional experience as an educator in the Bay Area. She couldn't be happier that her professional journey brought her back to the arts. DHS's Drama Room is definitely her "happy place". If not in the classroom, Eva can be found reading, hiking, weight lifting, chilling with her cat and dog, or spending time with her family and loved ones.
